Visual Analysis Explanation  The format of this piece of art is portrait. The artwork's central feature, a large whale, represents both land and water. There are several varying-height trees on the right side of the property, with vegetation and vines encircling their branches and birds soaring around unhindered. Moreover, a person is fishing while perched atop the whale's lip. There are towering trees with a gear-like structure on the left. It also has a person moving about and performing tasks.
